All I Could Say Was Hallelujah

An Uncommon Seed during Campmeeting led to an unexpected honor and a huge financial blessing.

Aaron and his wife Tenise felt led by God to Sow a financial Seed of $1,000 while watching Campmeeting. Although they had never Sown such a large financial Seed before, they sensed the Holy Spirit clearly telling them to do so. So they acted in faith, trusting that God would give them an Uncommon Harvest.

Sure enough, God did! A few months later, Aaron learned that he had been chosen as a winner of the National Teacher of the Year Award. This was a great honor, given to only 80 teachers throughout the nation.

As part of this esteemed award, Aaron received a financial windfall of $25,000. “All I could say was, ‘Hallelujah!’” he exclaims.

This unexpected financial Harvest was a timely blessing for Aaron and Tenise, because they were expecting their first child. What a great sign of God’s faithfulness!

Aaron’s award was particularly remarkable in light of the fact that he had initially failed his student teaching assignment. One of his professors suggested that he simply give up on teaching and try some other career.

Yet he persevered. “Even though I had a very bumpy road to becoming a teacher, I was motivated by a strong belief that God had called me to teach,” he explains. “But it has been an amazing journey!”

Aaron eventually was able to get a job teaching 5th grade math at an underperforming inner-city school that seemed on the brink of being shut down. Having faced such hurdles, it seemed almost unbelievable to be selected as a National Teacher of the Year.

“This is all because we obeyed God!” Aaron concludes. “That’s why we’re so passionate about partnering with Inspiration Ministries. As we’ve obeyed the Lord to Sow into His Kingdom through this Good Ground, we’ve Reaped a fantastic Harvest—not just financially, but spiritually too!”

Inspiration Partners, you can trust God to give you Uncommon Favor when you honor Him with your financial Seeds! He has blessed countless people like Aaron and Tenise with incredible breakthroughs, and He wants to bless YOU as well!

‘I Almost Turned from the Church’

“I would like to use this opportunity to thank Brother David and Sister Barbara Cerullo and Inspiration Ministries for what the Lord is doing through them for His Glory. Sometime in the spring of last year, I was privileged to tune in to INSP on TV and to hear men of God proclaiming the promises and blessings of our Almighty God.

I began last year “flat-footed,” with the thought of turning away from faith and the Christian life. This was mainly because I did not find fulfillment in the church in my local community. I had actually stopped praying sometime around October the year before that. Then I prayed maybe once or twice over the next few months. But then I did not pray again until I tuned in to your Inspiration Network.

During one of your Camp meeting programs, while listening to the speaker, I believe the Holy Spirit impressed on me to, “Try Jesus to prove His Word in your life.” That got my attention and took me by surprise, because I had never heard the Holy Spirit speak to me like that before. But I felt God was challenging me to trust His perfect will and way for my life, and to learn what it is by reading His Word on a consistent basis, day and night. So I did.

Glory to Almighty God! He has now brought deliverance, victories, peace, wisdom, and abundance in my life. Plus, I’m experiencing His manifested grace,  as well as a desire to know Him more and more. So I’m seeking His guidance, diligently and consistently. As a result, the last 10-11 months of my Christian life have been the best, without a doubt, since I dedicated my life to Jesus 15 years ago!

Once again, I am very thankful for Inspiration Ministries for bringing the Gospel of Jesus into our homes and communities besides the local church. Now, “Through our Lord Jesus Christ, God has given me the privilege as a witness, to tell people everywhere what He has done for me and my family. So that they will believe and obey Him and bring glory to His Name” (Romans 1:5). To know more follow me on twitter

Revival for Our Nation and the World

My friend, it’s time we fasted, prayed and sought God’s face. It is time we humbled ourselves before Him, repented, and cried out to Him for revival in our nation and the world. If we, as the Church of the living God, aren’t doing this, who will?

We are a blessed people! We enjoy so many freedoms. But we stand to lose much of our blessing and quite possibly, freedom itself, if we don’t open our eyes to what is happening around us and take action!

In his “Thanksgiving Day Proclamation” in 1863, President Abraham Lincoln said,

“ We have been the recipients of the choicest bounties of heaven. We have been preserved these many years in peace and prosperity. We have  grown in numbers, wealth and power, as no nation has ever grown.  But we have forgotten God.  It behooves us, then, to humble ourselves before the Offended Power, to confess our national sins, and to pray for clemency and forgiveness.”

It’s time that we as the Body of Christ raise a righteous standard; it’s time for us to stand in the gap, grab hold of the horns of the altar, and cry out to God for forgiveness and mercy. We must shake off the seduction of the world that has tried to put us in chains.  Now is the hour for us to wage real spiritual warfare.

Jesus tells us that the Kingdom of Heaven suffers violence, and violent people take it by force (Matthew 11:12). We have to get spiritually violent!  Not in the form of protests, marches, boycotts, or anything else in the natural world. We’ve got to get violent in the spiritual world! It’s time to tear down the strongholds of the enemy, to bind the powers of darkness, and to loose the powers of light and righteousness.

Remember, God said only when we humble ourselves, turn from our wicked ways, and seek His face would He forgive our sin and heal our land.

Our nation needs to be healed.  Will you be a part of the healing process?

Are You Ready To Pray

For Our Country And The World?

The Bible says that one can put a thousand to flight and two can put ten thousand to flight (Deuteronomy 32:30). May we join our faith and prayers together and bombard the heavens, asking God for spiritual restoration.

Let’s pray for America. Pray for our leaders. Pray for those in government and in authority.  Pray for safety and protection over our beloved land. Pray for revival.

The Lord Your Healer

Does God want to bless you with prosperity and abundance? Of course He does! What father would want his children to live in poverty and suffer lack? The pages of Scripture are full of references to God as your loving Heavenly Father who wants to give you His best—everything you could ever need.

If you are willing to “ask,” “seek,” and “knock,” Jesus promises that your Father will gladly respond:

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! (Matthew 7:7-11)

There are hundreds of similar Biblical promises about God’s desire to bless and prosper His children when we walk in a Covenant Relationship with Him. Yet a fierce battle is raging today over the Bible’s teachings about prosperity. Many well-meaning Christians have accepted the lie that God takes pleasure in giving them hardships and financial lack instead of blessing and abundance.

How sad this is! When told about God’s desire to bless and prosper them, these misinformed folks say, “I believe that God chooses some people to abound and others to suffer lack—so none of us has a right to expect His blessings.” Humble as that may sound, it is completely contrary to the teachings of God’s Word!
Misunderstanding the Message

Much of the confusion about prosperity and abundance stems from a failure to properly define them from a Biblical perspective. Critics often wrongly assume that advocates of the “prosperity message” are focused only on material blessings. “It’s all about believing God for a big house or a Mercedes,” they complain.

However, although God’s prosperity certainly includes financial blessings, that is only a small part of what the abundant life is all about. In addition to providing His children with material abundance, the Lord wants to bless us with good health…strong relationships…peace of mind…victory over addictions…and an intimate relationship with Him.

God wants to bless us in every possible way: in our spirit, soul, and body…in our finances, marriages, children, health, and spiritual lives. The apostle John describes this kind of all-inclusive prosperity like this:

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 2).

Do you see the amazing scope of the prosperity God desires for His children? His plan is not just to prosper us in some things, or just spiritual things: He wants us to “prosper in ALL things”!

This lines up perfectly with the powerful Hebrew and Greek words used in the Bible to describe God’s blessings:

Blessing (Hebrew barak) – “To bestow good upon.” This word is used a remarkable 330 times in the Bible!
Peace (Hebrew shalom) – “To be made whole, healthy, happy, prosperous, and at peace.”
Salvation (Greek sozo) – “To be saved, delivered, healed, restored, or kept safe.” Like the Hebrew word shalom, the Greek word sozo speaks of God’s desire not only to give us salvation in Heaven when we die, but also to bring restoration to every area of our lives today.
Prosper (Greek euodoō) – “To help on one’s way, act wisely, and be successful and wealthy.” Biblical prosperity stems from receiving God’s wisdom and obeying His instructions on your journey. He promises that when you meditate on His Word and obey it, “you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success” (Joshua 1:8).

Based on these potent words describing the majestic scope of God’s prosperity, it’s clear that the abundant life (John 10:10) includes much more than material wealth. If critics would recognize the totality of God’s desire to bless us, it would be much more difficult for them to reject the prosperity message as being unbalanced, self-serving, or materialistic.

The prosperity message is actually just an extension of what the Bible says about the loving nature of our Heavenly Father. One of His core traits is that He’s a GIVER, as we’re told in John 3:16 and a multitude of other verses.
The Land of “More Than Enough”

The first thing God did after creating Adam and Eve was to BLESS them! (Genesis 1:27-38) There were so many other ways He could have begun His relationship with humankind, but He chose to bless them, placing them in a beautiful garden where they had no lack.

Adam and Eve were placed in the land of “More Than Enough,” and that continues to be God’s intention for His people. But instead of such a life, many Believers are living in the land of “Just Enough” or “Not Enough.” Because of ignorance, unbelief, or disobedience, they forfeit God’s intended blessings and live below their inheritance in Christ.

If you are continually living with “Just Enough” or “Not Enough,” I have good news for you today: Your Heavenly Father loves you, and He wants to bring you into a land of overflowing abundance. He wants to overwhelmingly bless you, so you can, in turn, be a great blessing to others.

What does it look like to go from lack to abundance? In Matthew 14:14-21, the disciples had “Not Enough” to feed the thousands of hungry people who had come to hear Jesus teach. But after they brought their five loaves and two fish to Jesus, a miracle happened: Everyone had plenty to eat, and they ended up with 12 full baskets of leftovers!

Within mere moments, Jesus’ disciples went from a place of lack to an experience of “More Than Enough.” And the same can happen for you…if you put your life and your resources into the hands of Jesus.
Believe and Receive!

If you don’t believe in God’s prosperity, it’s unlikely you will receive His prosperity. Why? Because faith is an indispensable key to receiving the promises of God.

Jesus said, “It shall be done to you according to your faith” (Matthew 9:29). What an incredible principle! If you believe God will prosper you, He will. But if you don’t believe He will prosper you, He won’t! Either way, He will honor your faith!

The story is told of a man during the Great Depression who lost his job and became homeless. Living on a street corner, he begged every day from those who passed by, hoping for enough spare change to buy a meal.

One day a wealthy man passed by and took pity on the homeless man. He stopped and wrote a large check, telling the man, “Here, this will help.”

However, the homeless man looked at the check in disbelief, unable to believe that a total stranger would give him so much money. He put the check in his pocket and continued to beg, not comprehending how rich he had become.

My friend, like the homeless man in this story, in Christ you’ve become richer than you can even imagine. You don’t have to keep begging, looking to the government or other people to meet your needs. God’s Word says He’s given you a huge check—with your name on it!

Friend, I pray today that you will see God’s amazing love for you. May your life overflow with such abundance that countless others are impacted, both in this life and in eternity.

God bless you,

With all my heart, I believe it’s God’s will for you and your loved ones to be healed today. If you need a healing in your body, your emotions, your finances, your family, or some other area of your life, God’s Word is clear…
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in ALL things and be in health, just as your soul prospers (3 John 1:2).
Friend, the Lord never intended for His children to get sick or even to die. He made us perfect—without sin, sickness, or a body that would have to experience death and decay.
But everything changed when Adam and Eve sinned. From that day until now, we all suffer the effects of their disobedience.
Yet the good news is that God sent His Son Jesus into this world to reverse the curse of sin and death. On the Cross He bore the penalty for your sins and mine—and He also purchased our healing:
He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Whether you need physical healing, emotional peace, or deliverance from some kind of sin or addiction, God describes Himself as Jehovah Rapha—the Lord our Healer (Exodus 15:26).

Do You Really Know Your Father?

Throughout the Bible, God reveals Himself as a loving, merciful, caring Heavenly Father. Jesus said, “If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” (Matthew 7:11)
God doesn’t take any pleasure from His children being sick, emotionally distraught, or in poverty. As our loving Heavenly Father, He’s glorified when we prosper and are in health. Just as He wants us to be spiritually healthy in our relationship with Him, He also wants to touch every area of our lives—our “whole spirit, soul, and body” (1 Thessalonians 5:23-24).
You can know for sure today that your Father cares deeply about you. He sees the anxious times your family faces. He knows the difficult things you’re going through. He feels your pain, heartache, and suffering.
Amid all the attacks of the enemy and challenging circumstances of life, God says, “Trust Me, My child. The battle is not yours, it’s Mine!” (2 Chronicles 20:15). Yes, the battles may be fierce at times, but in Christ we can find healing, peace, and victory: “In ALL these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us” (Romans 8:37).

I’ve Seen God’s Healing Power

Barbara and I have experienced God’s healing touch in our own lives and family. When our son Ben was an infant, he once came down with a serious fever—rising all the way to 104°F (40°C). The pediatrician told us to bathe him in cold water, but his fever went right back up when we took him out of the water.
The doctor said the only other thing we could do was rush Ben to the emergency room. But as we prepared to go, I said to Barbara, “Let’s wait just a minute. I think we need to call on God one more time.”
We laid our hands on Ben’s forehead, anointed him with oil, and cried out to the Lord, “We’re standing on Your Word, Father, and we’re asking you to heal our son.”
While we were still praying, Ben’s temperature suddenly plunged. One moment he was burning with fever, and the next he was perfectly normal!
We knew we had witnessed something truly miraculous, quite a testimony of God’s desire to heal His children. Just as we were desperate to have our son experience relief from his sickness, we saw how much our Heavenly Father yearns for His children to be healed and blessed. And since then we’ve personally witnessed the mighty healing hand of God at work in countless situations in our own lives and in the lives of our Inspiration Partners around the world.

A Relationship, Not a Formula

Healing is one of the by-products the Lord wants to give us as part of our Covenant Relationship with Him. He tells us to come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need” (Hebrews 4:16).
Healing must never be reduced to a set of formulas or methods. Jesus healed people in a wide variety of ways in the Gospels, showing that the key is not any certain procedure, but rather coming to Him in faith as our Healer.
We can’t prescribe how or when the Lord is to heal us. We simply must have a heart that is open to His promise to make us whole, regardless of how He does it.
Sometimes healing is immediate and miraculous. Sometimes it is gradual and comes over time. And sometimes we don’t see the healing take place this side of Heaven.
But I believe you can position yourself to receive God’s healing power. First, ask the Holy Spirit to examine your heart and reveal any unconfessed sin, unbelief, fear, or unforgiveness that may be blocking His supernatural touch.
Then declare God’s Word over your life and circumstances. Speak to your “mountain” in Jesus’ name, and command it to obey the Word (Matthew 17:20).
Engage the enemy in spiritual warfare, persistently and fervently. When you need healing in some area of your life, get spiritually “violent,” as Jesus instructed us: “From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force” (Matthew 11:12-13).

He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
